Curriculum

Our school curriculum is designed around the national education framework and aligned with CBSE guidelines. From Lower Kindergarten through the Senior Secondary level, we offer instruction in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Arts, Science, and Computer Science. General Knowledge and Moral Education form integral components of our academic program. To ensure high quality, classroom teaching is interactive and multimedia-supported, and the study load is kept within reasonable limits.

Formative Years

Education in the formative years is made engaging and joyful. Vibrant, interactive wall murals depicting land, air, and water realms not only captivate children’s imaginations but also nurture their awareness of the natural world.

A dedicated Kids’ Library introduces young learners to brilliant and colorful books. They also have access to computers, where they can explore digital art and games. The Play Room is thoughtfully designed to foster creativity, shared play, and social interaction.

We emphasize play-way learning, promoting positive self-concept. Music, movement, and rhythm help children develop verbal expression and motor skills in a joyful environment.

Primary School

Between ages 6 and 10, children become lifelong learners through engaging and meaningful learning experiences. During these years, they solidify foundational skills in reading, writing, and comprehension. A wide variety of activities, with careful attention and individual support, ensures learning becomes fruitful and joyful.

Middle School

From around age 11 onward, students are guided to cultivate inquiry, critical thinking, and self-expression. They are taught by specialist teachers in subjects including English, Hindi, Punjabi, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies, Computer Education, General Knowledge, Moral Science, Drawing, Games, and Music. Emphasis is placed on learning by doing, reinforcing concepts through practical application. Students grow in independence and confidence.

Secondary Section

In the secondary section, we adopt NCERT textbooks as per the CBSE curriculum. Students are prepared rigorously for board examinations. Our approach includes discussions, workshops, seminars, and frequent assessments, equipping students to face diverse academic challenges.

Core subjects offered are:

Games & Sports

We believe sports cultivate character and energy. Our school has proud representation at national and international levels. Regular tournaments and competitions provide healthy challenges and recognition.

Participation for All

We follow a core principle: “Participation for All”. Weekly sessions include group activities like aerobics, gymnastics, drills, dance, and bhangra, ensuring each student gets an opportunity to engage and shine.

Information Technology

To prepare students for a technology-driven world, our teaching integrates IT tools including computers, overhead projectors, internet, and audiovisual aids. Our labs are well-equipped with latest software and networked workstations.

We use multimedia lessons (3D graphics, animation, audio-visual content) to clarify concepts, improve interactivity, and aid in retention. A comprehensive digital classes system empowers teachers to use rich media (graphics, videos, simulations) to make lessons more engaging.

Language Lab

Our Language Lab helps students hone communication skills—focusing on correct pronunciation, stress, intonation, and voice modulation using linguaphones and audio aids. This gives them confidence to participate in debates, declamations, and group discussions.

Counseling Cell

Young minds often face stress and uncertainty. Our counseling cell offers guidance, emotional support, and strategies to manage challenges. The counselor acts as both a friend and mentor to students.

Laboratories

We maintain well-equipped Physics, Chemistry, and Biology laboratories where students learn via hands-on experiments. Projectors, models, and visual aids further support scientific inquiry. Plans are underway to build a planetarium for deeper exploration of astronomy.

Library

Our computerized library holds over 12,000 volumes, including 40 encyclopedia sets, periodicals, and newspapers. It operates on an open-shelf system, allowing easy access to books. A separate junior library caters to primary and middle school students. We encourage reading habits across all ages.

Medical & Health Services

All students undergo regular medical checkups, and a dental clinic is also available. Detailed health records are maintained to ensure student wellbeing.

Moral Education

In a competitive world, our youth face tensions, conflicts, and confusion. To counterbalance external influences, our curriculum emphasizes culture, heritage, social values, and moral education. We aim to nurture conscientious, empathetic, and grounded individuals.

Rules & Regulations

Our rules and regulations serve to streamline school operations and guide student and parent conduct. Adherence ensures a safe, respectful, and disciplined environment for all.

Transportation

We operate a fleet of buses covering around 70 surrounding villages, ensuring safe and reliable student transport. Transport charges are structured affordably, depending on distance.

NRI Students

For overseas students, we require the following documents submitted at the time of admission/arrival:

  1. Valid passport (minimum one-year validity)
  2. Valid visa (minimum one-year validity)
  3. A health certificate
